Woohoo! Don't forget you can tweak the individual kit parts as you see fit. Symbolcymbal used the samples but I felt awkward telling him the samps were too loud in his mix. I felt so hypocritical I just was like "woohoo, thanks for using my samples!!"

Really, you can do anything you want with these few noises :)

This is stressful, relaxing, disconcerting, and somehow dizzily cheerful at the same time. I don't understand, but that weird portamento shit going on with the piano is making my ears wiggle.

As always, your creative approach to sound design makes me feel like a wee babe. I feel your pain with the writer's block.

The only thing I don't like is that LFO around 2:00. And the final section, whiile immensely groovy, feels a bit unfinished. The drums miight be clipping. I can't tell. I'd like some wonky FX on the hats, maybe some stereo play. But now I'm just nit-picking.

Dude, you are making absolute fucking magic. No words. Genesis music with nice modern sounding compression applied. Leads could probably come down .1 dB but other than that, perfect.

The riffage on this is absolutely sick! But it's really short and the mix itself could use a lot of improvement. I recommend looking at some tutorials on YT on doubletracking, amps, and how to mix your drums. And compression. This sounds pretty raw and flat. Otherwise interesting work!

I'm not on my usual mixing rig so I can't give a lot of critique in that area, but this is a great piece of writing. Also, your vocal timbre is much improved from what I remember.

Just hate those strings. There's an instrument I use back home, pocket blakus, which has a better attack.

I'm not really feeling this. Kinda empty, and that sounds like Nexus keys.

Your leads are pretty simple. Doesn't sound like you've messed a lot with velocity. Remember to do that when you have 2 or more of the same notes in a row especially.

I'd also recommend some basic study of music theory like chords and scales. Your chord progression here could have been a lot stronger if the voicing wasn't so chunky in those lows and mids. Chord inversions will also allow you to spice things up without transposing the same chord up and down. That's what it sounds like you've been doing here from your octave lead to your powerchord background.

I also recommend not using the same instrument for your lead and chord changes throughout the song. Piano lead? Why not a pad playing your chords instead? Keeps the ear fresh.

Good transitions though. I'm only listening on my phone so I can't comment on mix. If you like I'll revisit later and modify my score accordingly.

Keep going. You've got some solid ideas here. Slow and pensive. I dig it.
