[It Is Life part 1]

Rating this half a star higher because it reminds me of the old flash MX animations that made newgrounds great. Also, it actually has a plot unlike a lot of shorts I see. Another full star for using music from the Audio Portal. As a producer myself, I love to see NG artists getting support and exposure in all ways!

I think that the animation could of course use improvement, minimizing any scenes where there is just a white background. With your character style, you can ofc incorporate photos and so on for the backgrounds and maybe even objects. Think images with transparency backgrounds. That may not be possible in the software you're using. Idk what it is -- flash ofc, but which one!

But anyway, thanks for writing me. A NG animation in my inbox was a nice surprise :)

Oh this looks so freaking cool. They really don't make stuff like this anymore. Have there been any updates since?

There has been a few yes! I released a Halloween version of the demo last october and new minor updates to the regular demo are still being made to this day

I'm floored that this collab is still going strong despite all the difficulties that arise with a huge group and the music side changing at the last minute. Great work all of you, especially on comping it all together!

The animation is so smooth and disturbing. Only thing that could be better is the sound design. It's pretty mid heavy. More professional production is in order. If you did this yourself, great work as the animation itself is a tall order, probably taller than audio. If you paid someone for this, pay someone else, no offense! Just could use a more contemporary sound.

its just me. I've been using a leap pad for most stuff but i got my eye on a pretty nice pixter.

Absolutely insane design for the killer. That visor is off the chain.

As for the heroine, there are some wonky angles going on with her ankles. I think you could have brought the knees out as she was strutting in the very beginning instead of the ankles.

The barbed wire pool was a bit hard to make out. Maybe try a shinier texture or larger strands -- or less of them with obvious weed eater whips. Interesting thought though. Watching her textures change was interesting. Could possibly have used more blood splattering about.

But the video as a whole has a clear story, nice cinematic cuts, good soundtrack. Great work

Yeah, this animation has multiple lack-of-time fuck ups.
The pool was initially supposed to be full of broken glass shards, but I had to drop the idea because it was too much to handle for my potato GPU.
The fashionably sprained ankles are due to choosing the wrong animation for her high-heeled armature, but I kept them anyway because that wonky walk really makes me giggle!

Looks like it should be in a videogame from the 360/PS3 era. Absolutely grotesque. Speaking of, here from that animation. If you ever need music for your productions, feel free to take a look at my catalog and write

Lol, don't be so hard on yourself! It's not terrible. I actually really appreciate the music and the thought that went into recreating the original, probably mouse drawn character

The animation seems to be made in powerpoint and drawn in ms paint. I'm not really able to follow the story completely and it seems incomplete as a whole with not a whole lot of plot. But keep following your dream. What you're doing right now is storyboarding, which is a huge step in the right direction!

I really apreciate what your saying. and yeah it feels like i've making this animatic or storyboard for both of my original and parody series it basically an universe where there are 7 guardians of the master emerald but diffrente race. my parody series woody chaotix it's suppose to be inspired one of my favorite crash bandicoot game known as crash twinsanity and my favorite youtuber known as smg4. but in the more crazy situation so yeah i do make this with powerpoint and ms paint but maybe in the future will be better.
